Right of return within 30 days

At LashesMee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order under certain conditions.

Return conditions
• Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

• All returns must be validated by our customer service department. Please contact us at Michelleanches2@hotmail.com before sending a product.

Return procedure
1. Contact us at Michelleanches2@hotmail.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Wait for our validation and instructions for sending the package.

3. Ship the product to the address provided to you.

4. After receiving and checking the item, we will proceed to refund or exchange, according to your preference.

Refunds
• Once the return is validated, the refund will be made via the initial payment method within 15 days.
• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.
